Winemaker Notes
Its deep purple color brand this 100% Malbec a true representative of wines from Vista Flores. This vino is distinguished by its aromatic complexity in which notes of red fruits like cherries, with ripe fruit, floral aromas of violets, vanilla and tobacco cigars stand out. The aromas extend to the palate, where black fruits such as blackberry with spicy notes are even so present. Its medium structure gives a overnice feeling of fullness in the mouth, while its silky tannins are in residuum with an exquisite natural acidity that adds to a long finish.
This smooth and versatile wine goes well with beef or pork stews, barbeques, Argentinean empanadas, "tapas" or grilled vegetable brochettes. Serve at16-18ºC (lx-64ºF).

Finca el Origen is the Argentinean winery of the Carolina Wine Brands winery cluster, the quaternary nigh important group in Chile volume-wise. Located in Vista Flores, at one 200 k.a.due south.fifty. (three 900 feet), our estate has a poor soil of an alluvial origin, deep and permeable, filled with pebble stone and sand, which allows the vine to abound with a perfect natural balance. Due to the loftier distance, the vines receive a lot of sunday exposure which, forth with a continental desert climate with wide thermal amplitudes, contributes to the evolution of grapes with thick skins, rendering concentrated wines with very deep colors and explosive floral aromas. The Uco Valley is located at the foothills of the Andes mountain range. Millions of years agone, some parts of the mount range were submerged under the sea, which explains the presence (at more 1 200 m/three 900 ft.a.southward.l.) of sea fossils like the ammonite, which represents us through our logo. They are considered silent witnesses of the origin of the Andes and today, by existence role of our genuine terroir, are witnesses of the origin of our wines.
With a winning combination of cool weather, loftier elevation and well-draining alluvial soils, it is no surprise that Mendoza's Uco Valley is one of the near exciting up-and-coming vino regions in Argentina.
